The global family and movement of IPOB stand by the judgment of the Appeals Court, which ordered that Kanu should not be tried anymore in any Nigerian court, regardless of the circumstances. Although the Supreme Court Judges agreed with this decision, they lacked the courage and integrity to uphold the Appeals Court judgment.
