He was accused of stealing a Nokia torch that belonged to the resident pastor of United Evangelical Church Umuehim Nvosi. The deceased Mr Mbaogu Eke who is said to be an orphan and a single man in his early 40s has about five step siblings, three sisters and two brothers.
