Nigerian buzzing singer,  Ahmed Ololade , popularly known as  Asak e , has sold-out the priority list tickets for his concert at the 02 Academy in London in a record time! The talented singer, who is currently on his “ Mr. Money with The Vibe USA Tour,”  recently announced that he will make a stop in the  United Kingdom  and will perform in Birmingham and Manchester on December 3rd and December 10th, respectively, as well as the 4,000-plus capacity 02 Academy Brixton Arena in London on the 11th of December 2022. Ahead of the 2023 general election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has begun recruitment of ad hoc staff. According to the statement released on Wednesday on its official Facebook page, the independent electoral body urged interested and qualified person to visit portal. “To this end, the portal will be open to eligible applicants for registration of all categories of ad-hoc staff (SPO/PO/APO/RATECHS/RAC Managers) except the Collation officers. “The portal opens on Wednesday the 14th of September and ends on the 30th November, 2022,” the statement partly read. Recall that INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, had last week said it will publish the final lists of presidential and national assembly candidates on September 20.  The electoral body also announced that campaigns will officially commence on September 28.

The Nigerian Internet fraudster Ramon ‘Hushpuppi’ Abbas has appealed to the United States District Court for the Central District of California not to send him to Nigeria as he could be exterminated by embattled police officer  Abba Kyari . Hushpuppi said Kyari operates a death squad in Nigeria that is already hounding his family in the country. Abbas said his role in the indictment of Mr Kyari, which engendered the downfall of Nigeria’s most-celebrated cop l, has put him at grave risk and he would not be able to return to Nigeria after serving his sentence in the U.S. Hushpuppi assertions were contained in a memorandum he submitted before Judge Otis Wright seeking a downward review of sentencing years demanded by the prosecutors after Mr Abbas pleaded guilty to multimillion-dollar fraud last year.
