The serene community of Umunkiri in Mgboko Oke-Ngwa Autonomous Community, Abia State, became a solemn gathering point as friends, family, and well-wishers came together to bid farewell to Mrs. Blessing Daniel, the beloved wife of Mr. Charles Maraizu Daniel, a dedicated member of the revered Nzuko Ukwu Mgboko Umuanunu Ancient Kingdom body.




The funeral service, anchored by St. Andrew Anglican Church, Rumuobiokani, under the Diocese of Evo, Rivers State, reflected the profound impact Mrs. Blessing Daniel had on her family and community. Attendees described her as a kindhearted and supportive individual whose life was a source of inspiration to those around her.




Delegates from Nzuko Ukwu, led by Chief Stanley Anyaso Ugorji, were present to pay their respects and extend their condolences. Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Chief Ugorji conveyed the organization’s deep sympathies to Mr. Charles Maraizu Daniel and his family. He prayed for divine strength and fortitude to help them navigate the painful loss of a wife, mother, and sister, whose absence would be deeply felt by all.






The funeral drew a cross-section of sympathizers, including friends and colleagues of the bereaved family. It was marked by an outpouring of grief, prayers, and words of comfort aimed at honoring the memory of Mrs. Blessing Daniel and supporting her family during this challenging time.





Members of Nzuko Ukwu who attended the funeral included Barr. Henry Ahaoma Moses (Mgboko Umuanunu PDP Chairman), Hon. Ukpom Prince Ezenwoke, Deacon Friday Azubuike Iroanya (the immediate past Secretary of Ward 3 PDP), Evangelist Ikeokwu Nwosu, and other distinguished individuals.




Nzuko Ukwu members reaffirmed their commitment to standing by the Daniel family, emphasizing the importance of unity and compassion in moments of collective loss.
