Emerging Facts Behind Nwabueze's Incarceration by Don Norman Obinna (Agu Ibeku) | #NwokeukwuMascot

1.) Nwabueze was arraigned inside DSS conference hall, not magistrate court.


2.) The state government concealed the name of the magistrate who did the hatchet job to save him from the NJC's wrath. 


3.) His  charge sheet reads, Cyber bullying and Miscellaneous offences ETC. 


4.) Contrary to the Abia State government's claim that it arrested 11 people in connection with the pension funds fraud, only Nwabueze and two others - Mercy and Okey - were arrested. 


5.) Okey is probably a mole drafted in to indict Nwabueze as evidence has emerged that his sister works with the Governor's Chief Press Secretary (CPS) Ukoha Njoku. 


6.) Nwabueze was held incommunicado and denied access to his lawyers until his remand at Afara prison. 


7.) Magistrate Courts do not have jurisdiction to entertain Cyber bullying and related offences. 


In as much as I am not exonerating Nwabueze from the crimes leveled against him by the Abia State government until he is proven innocent by the court of competent jurisdiction, his fundamental rights and the rules of the Administrative Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) were violated. 


No matter the defence it tries to convey, the Abia State government acted mala fide.
