It’s how you manage internally, so you can operate better externally. Most of us intuitively understand that to be successful at work and in life, you need to self-regulate. But it’s hard to do in practice. Thirty(30) years was spent studying what makes people, and especially leaders, mentally strong. As part of my research, I’ve developed a Mental Strength Self-Assessment that helps you gauge where you are, and what you can do to level up.   News   Photo: Abia state logo.  The Abia State Government has placed a N25million bounty on the killers of five soldiers in the Aba area of the state and also  condoled with the Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Taoreed Lagbaja over the incident. Gunmen on Thursday stormed the military unit at Obikabia Junction, Ogbor Hill area, and also burnt the unit as well as a patrol van parked in the unit. Some soldiers were alleged to have escaped the attack by the gunmen.   News    File Image  The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) have declared a nationwide strike beginning from Monday, June 3, 2024 over the tripartite committee’s inability to agree on a new minimum wage.  The President of the TUC, Festus Osifo, announced the strike at a joint news conference with the leadership of the NLC in Abuja on Friday. According to the labour leaders, the decision follows the expiration of an earlier request to the Federal Government to conclude all negotiations for a new minimum wage before the end of May.
