Another appointment by Governor Alex Otti that needs immediate review | #NwokeukwuMascot

Dr Alex Chioma Otti |
Just this morning, Abia State Governor Dr Alex Otti approved some names to take over their institutions and boards as the most senior staff following the dissolution of the boards by the Governor last week.
The case of the Secondary Education Management Board(SEMB) needs immediate review because Barr Nkwo Victor who has been directed to take over as acting Executive Secretary of Secondary Education Management Board is not the most senior staff of the board.
Investigation has revealed that Barr Nkwo Victor is a staff of the ministry of Justice and not a staff of Secondary Education Management Board (SEMB), he was before now a legal adviser to SEMB.
It is the duty of the opposition to draw the attention of the government on areas where it has gotten it wrong and this is one of the areas
On Friday, the immediate past Executive Secretary of SEMB handed over to the most Senior Staff of the SEMB and the most senior staff is not Barr Nkwo but one Mr Okoronkwo.
It is against the act that established SEMB for the Governor to appoint someone who has not been a teacher or a secondary school Principal into that position be it in acting capacity or substantive capacity.
I must end by advising the Governor of Abia State and his aides to make enquires, ask questions about the laws Establishing every ministry, department or agency of government before taking any action, this is not a private sector.

Since when have you become the adviser to the Abia state governor?. Who advised your principal the failed governor Ikpeazu? You expect the governor to go after your template . Be careful you can not do the same thing over and expect different results. Please give him the chance to governor the state with his God given wisdom and not that your failed and diabolical ways. Just an advise, zukwanuike.
